Job Description

Do you want to help shape the energy solutions of the future? In the northern region, we are looking for specialists in energy efficiency who want to work on projects where sustainability and safety go hand in hand. You will develop strategies and solutions for hospitals, defense facilities, high-security environments, and critical infrastructure.

We use advanced analytical tools and explore AI-supported design to optimize energy flows and reduce climate impact. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence technology choices and create solutions that make a real difference.

Qualifications

You are a solution-oriented and creative team player who excels at building long-term relationships – both internally and externally. You may have worked as a consultant, contractor, or on the client side and are ready to take the next step as a consultant in energy efficiency. Together with us and our clients, you will journey from identified potential to realized energy savings.

You have experience working with energy efficiency in buildings or industries and have an established network. We value your analytical skills and strong drive to create sustainable solutions.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in energy efficiency and energy analysis
• Experience with complex projects with high security and operational requirements
• Good understanding of energy laws and sustainability standards
• Experience working with energy efficiency in buildings or industries
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Certification as an energy expert and/or energy auditor
• Experience with LEED/BREEAM or similar certifications
• Experience driving development in interdisciplinary teams
